Custom eLearning development

Custom eLearning development – designed around your learners

We transform your policies, SOPs, product documents, and expert knowledge into SCORM-ready courses. Our in-house team writes the content, brings it to life in Articulate Storyline, Rise, or custom HTML5, and tests it before launch.

Who it's for

For training needs a template cannot solve

Off-the-shelf content works for generic topics. It falls short when the training is about your products, your procedures, or your regulators – and that is where custom eLearning earns its place.

Compliance and SOP training

Where accuracy and a clear review trail are essential.

Product and sales enablement

To support new launches and new markets.

Technical training

For systems, equipment, and processes.

Soft skills and leadership

Built around realistic workplace scenarios.

Onboarding programs

That give every new hire a consistent first experience.

What you get

Everything you need to launch – not just a course file

A custom eLearning engagement covers design, writing, development, and testing. You work with a named project manager from kickoff to gold.

  • A needs analysis summary and clearly defined learning objectives
  • A content outline and a complete storyboard, with screen text, interactions, and narration script
  • Custom visuals and graphics created by our in-house designers

  • Alpha, beta, and gold versions, each reviewed by our QA specialists
  • LMS-ready SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages

  • Optional voice-over, WCAG accessibility build, and multilingual versions
How it works

Nine steps, with sign-off before development begins

FAQ

Custom eLearning development FAQs

What is custom eLearning development?

It is online training designed around your organization, your content, and your learners, rather than a generic library course. It covers learning design, writing, visuals, interactions, testing, and the final LMS package.

How much source material do we need to provide?

Whatever you have. Policies, SOPs, product sheets, slide decks, and recorded talks all work. Our instructional designers turn them into a structured course and flag any gaps for your subject-matter experts to review.

How long does a custom course take to develop?

It depends on length, interactivity, media, and review cycles. After scoping, we provide a schedule along with your quote.

Can you use our brand guidelines and templates?

Yes. Our graphic designers work to your brand guidelines, and we can work from your existing Storyline or Rise templates.

Will the course work in our LMS?

Yes. We deliver SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages, which most corporate LMSs support. If you do not have an LMS, we can host the course for you on ours.

Have a training need and a deadline?

Book a scoping call. We will review your source material and recommend the right format, tool, and plan.
