Custom eLearning designed around how your industry trains
Every industry has its own reviewers, rules, and learners. We create SCORM-ready courses that fit all three – then translate them under the same roof.
Generic courses fall short in specialist settings
An onboarding module designed for a retailer won't make it through a pharma medical review. A compliance course written for London may confuse a team in Riyadh. Training needs vary from industry to industry – and so do the people who sign off on courses.
Most L&D teams we speak with face a few of the same pressures:
Subject-matter experts with limited time to review storyboards
Approval routes that involve legal, medical, compliance, or brand teams
Learners spread across countries, languages, and shift patterns
Content that becomes outdated whenever a product, policy, or regulation changes
One production team, six industry specialisms
Our 22-person in-house team covers instructional design, storyboard writing, graphic design, development, project management, and QA. We apply the same process to every industry, then tailor the content, review route, and delivery to fit yours.

We start with the why – a needs analysis and clear learning objectives – before anyone writes a word of content. Then we plan the review route around your approvers. Every course moves through the same stages: outline, storyboard, your approval, prototype, alpha, beta, and gold – so reviewers always know what they are signing off on.

Frequently asked questions
My industry isn't listed. Can you still help?
Yes. We also support teams in energy, aviation, logistics, and automotive. Our process stays the same for every industry – the needs analysis is where we learn your context.
Do your instructional designers know my subject?
We turn your source material into course content and work closely with your subject-matter experts. Where an industry needs specialist review, such as medical or legal, we build that review into the timeline from day one.
Can one course be rolled out in several languages?
Yes. Through Localize, we handle translation, voice-over, on-screen text, and QA – so you don't need a separate translation vendor.
Which authoring tools do you use?
We work in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and custom HTML5, and deliver in SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004.
